Friend Day Weekend

What a weekend we just had! For months we have been praying, preparing and advertising our Friend Day with Dr. Bobby Brindle (The World's Smallest Evangelist.) The Lord truly blessed us with three great services this past weekend. On Saturday night, we had a Teen Youth Rally and had several other churches come, including a teen ensemble from Bailey's Grove Baptist Church in Asheboro who sang for us and did a great job. Then Dr. Brindle preached a sobering message on "Flee Fornication" and when the invitation was given, the altars were filled! Sunday, April 25, was even more exciting! Our choir did a fabulous job singing and you could sense the presence of the Lord sweep over the auditorium! Sunday morning ended with people in the altar and two people joined the church! What a blessing it is to be in a church where God is moving!
