Whew! I'm Dizzy!!!

We have just finished up one busy summer! We had a lot going on but I would rather be in a church that is active than one that it dead! We have had some exciting activities but the biggest blessing to me is the people we have seen saved. Seeing somone trust Christ as their Lord and Savior beats every activity put together! Of course, when we get right down to it, that is really the purpose of our activities; to reach people for Christ. Not only have we seen people saved in our services, but others are being saved during the week, as well. Recently, while our "GO" Outreach Team was on visitation and our Jeremiah Prayer Team was praying, Bro. Chris Stephens was able to lead his wife's 97 year old grandfather to the Lord! That is what it's all about, folks! I mentioned our prayer team, just now. When we began our new "GO" Outreach, we also started the Jeremiah Prayer Team. This group of people meet every visitation night and while others are out knocking on doors and witnessing, the Jeremiah Prayer Team is at the church praying for them and also for all the special prayer requests which have been turned in.
